The Winter CSA program is mainly salad greens since everything is grown in the greenhouses. You will receive one bag of lettuce mix, one bag of spinach and one bag of another green which could be arugula, asian greens mix, kale or swiss chard. These bags are four ounces in weight. The share will also include one fresh herb which may be rosemary, parsley, thyme, oregano, mint or garlic. The share will also include one other item which may be potatoes, winter squash, sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts, beets, turnips, onions or pea shoots. The Winter CSA program is 20 weeks in lenght.

 

There are two different pick up locations available: Mondays at the farm from 2PM to 9PM and Thursdays at the Do It Best hardware store on West State Street from 4;30 PM to 6PM.
